Great experience and really like the online check in approach, very efficient. hair cut and VIP was great. Will be coming back.

This used to be a great "walk in" type salon for men. They have since introduced mobile check in which means that although you may have arrived to the location first and that there may be nobody waiting, that does not mean that you will be serviced next. This salon is now no different than any other salon and it would be recommended that you utilize the check-in feature so that you may jump to the head of the line whenever you do actually make it to the salon. I was there with my two young kids and ended up having to skip my haircut since someone was jumped in between the three of us getting cut thus making it that the young kids were done before they even began on me; and then they could not understand why I was upset when I said I would have to leave... they even said why don't we just have them sit back here with us and they can watch... umm obviously they are not parents of two young kids or they would have known that would never work nor would it be a relaxing haircut for me.
